  7. The titular Low Budget tells a tale of a man who's fallen on hard times, and Little Bit of Emotion is an earnest song about the human tendency to hide one's true feelings. The standout track for me, however, is the final inclusion on the disc, namely the extended disco edit of (Wish I Could Fly Like) Superman/5(99).
